How to catch all NFSU Magazines?

Somebody must know who racer x is because you can only read how to unlock the mag if you have unlocked the mag.

sounds fair... but why can we PC players beat racer X.... the stupdi think is the last level is called racer X if Im not mistaken

Most games use the name x if they don'y whan't people to know who it is untill you beat the guy/girl. And ps2 version is the same as the pc so why do they have a extra mag then
