I was wondering if it was possible to get under 20 seconds for Commerical. I've seen people get under 20 seconds for all the other tracks but not for Commerical. My best is:

S2000
Time: 21.04
Top Speed: 357.08 km/h
Perfect Shifts: 5/6

Has anyone done it?

Yes. was 19.22, full charged skyline, i had no idea how i got it.
