Stock car top speed

There is a top speed topic, but in there all the cars have 3 unique levels and all 3 level performance upgrades. Did any of you try to put on a stock car a level 3 NOS upgrade? Well, I did. I upgraded the RX-7. It's my favorite car. So, with all stock performance parts except for the NOS(level 3), my best speed was 302.25 km/h. Any better?
