Despite everybody thinks, it is not correct to say "I have NOS in my car". NOS is a trademark of Holley, which produces Nitrous Oxyde (N2O). NOS means Nitrous Oxyde Systems, but it is only a commercial name.
Another example: you dont have a Pentium or an AMD, you have a processor...

The 2 most known brands are NOS (Holley) and NX - Nitrous Xpress, both of them in nfs.

Both of them are very similar, so it doesnt really matter which one you choose, but NOS has its shark nozzle fogger system, which comes highly recommended, so Id choose NOS.

About the the poll, I'd say none

But if I had to pick one, it would be NOS; Grez mentioned one of many reasons.

I knew about it as well *raising hand to be counted* ... Since there IS no difference in this game from trademark to trademark ... I'd say .. firetruck it

I go for nos myself (when i bother choosing a trademark) because it sounds cooler .. that's about the only criteria in use in this game anyway

you see when i play nfsu i tried picking the best packages...... every boddy talk in real life about getting NOS but really in really life NX is better then NOS.... NOS IT THE NOOBIE BRAND....

for example i have NX not NOS in my '92 Subaru Legacy 2.0L Turbo (real life)

ya, its cause of fast and furious the rice age came in, and NOS became a word. and id never get anything like nos for my car, id rather have raw muscle under the hood.

In real life NX isnt better than NOS though, thats my point. There all just different brands of the same compound. They all work by simply putting more oxygen in the fuel, meaning it can burn more and therefore create more power. The only difference with the brands is the way its injected. NOS nozzle fogger systems inject both fuel and N20 through one nozzle directly onto the ports, which is the only reason Id choose NOS over NX. In a dream world, no-one on the streets would use N20, apart from the fact its ilegal its highly dangerous. But if youre gonna race someone for money, and they have spray while you dont, then you might as well throw morals away and buy some, because youre gonna lose

I agree with Om3n, I hate choosing "Noobie" brands like NOS or Nike. I prefer NX and Adidas, and most of times "2ndary" brands are better, and cheaper.

NX is the official brand of N2O @ "2fast 2Furious, and I shocked when saw the Skyline's N2O-scape fire (I dont know how to say...) When you push N2O... maybe Nozzle fogger?? Yep, that.

Because of it, I made my special car with NX side-vinyl (click the link at my signature, my 350zGT)

I don't see anything noobie about NOS (or NX). I think it's kinda cool actually. And I really wouldn't call it cheap, since I think it costs a lot (at least if you race a lot), but I don't know how expensive it is tho...

On NFSU I choose NOS.

The problem with this argument, is that both brands are exactly the same. Its like saying, 'which is better, the lexus IS200 or the toyota Altezza'. Theyre the same thing, just badged up differently.
