can some one give me the old german patch v 1.3 not the europe version.

Why do you want to donwnload 1.3 anyways? 1.4 is the newest. Anyways, you can download it on ea's page.

becouse i need patch 1.3 for a vinyl importer. dossent work with 1.4 or other.
