i have completed underground's 112 tracks, and how can i gett all the parts i dont have now?

You can't.
Only if you download that program.. Don't know how it's called. You can find it in the main page.

You can only get Vinyls that you don't have by getting style points. Do drift races on track 8 with 10 Laps and you should unlock stuff. Or if u want 2 get all the Unique upgrades by using a gameshark but I don't know the codes.
