problem!

i downloaded BinTex, i unzip it, and when i start the programs its says:
Run-time error '339'
Component 'mscomctl.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file missing or invalid
im so pissed! i downloaded it 100 times, same thing is coming out. can someone tell my why is that ? or what can i do to run that program
