NFSU demo prob

Hi everyone,

I downloaded the DEMO OF NFS Underground and when i run i see a black screen for a split second and nothing happens.

I then tried changing the settings of english language as described to English (Australian) but after that also same problem occurs.

I got WINDOWS 98SE & P4 - 2.4 GHZ & Geforce 4 Ti 4200.

Can anyone Help ?
