Decals in NFSU

just found out u can have black decals, by pressing Z key before you install it.

are everyone's decals blurry?

i tried changing the resolution. didn't help. all the car details look awesome, except the decals, and the license plates, that r supposed to say undrgrnd.

anyone else having this problem? cuz i'm sure i saw screenshots where all those details are really sharp.
