Hi people, if you are interested, after 4 versions of expansion pack for nfs4, we create expansion pack for nfs3 hot pursuit with converted tracks from nfs1 and nfs2 and some bonus tracks from nfs g-b, archived site of Giles Bett, it was part of nd4spdworld
Also it will have high poly patch, no cd patch and many things, check more here
