GeForceFX problem i think

when a update my geforce2 mx400 to GeForceFX 5200 NFS:HP2 doesn't start!!!!!
I tryed everything!!!!!! path 242, no-cd path242, no-cd 240, the original crak that cames in the CD, re-isntall detonator drivers 44.03, re-isntall the game... i donÂ¡t know what to do now!!

The original crack that comes with the CD? So this is warez?

Try cleaning the whole registry and dll's with system machanic/Reg Cleaner.
