The demo was very laggy for me with Q6600 @ 2,55GHz, 2gb RAM, Asus 8800gt 512mb.
Shouldn't the game work fairly well on my computer?

ok, i have a quick question. i bought pro street, and it runs pretty well on my computer. but, the one thing is that wheneve i try and turn smoke on, my computer freezes, and shuts down. the game runs fine other wise. got at 1024xwhatever resolution, and car damage is one, and im pretty well off. any help? here are my stats

Have you got the latest GFX drivers? And the smoke particles are pretty GFX intensive, so maybe the graphics card just runs out of puff and stuffs up...
