NFS MW, Carbon, Pro Street Errors

Well i have Need for Speed Most Wanted (Full) and thing is quick race all the stuff works fine although when it go into career and try to do anything from it will close and give me a error with this image

When i use Carbon it will crash at the desktop and it won't launch at all

And for prostreet same thing

Also Need For Speed Underground 2 Runs perfectly Fine.

Before I had a
P4 1.7Ghz
Same Hard Drive
256MB Rambus RAM
MSI Geforce 2 Mx400
Most Wanted ran perfectly fine and i was running same windows.

Buy a new graphics card.
