where the hell is 4th and 5th gear!

hey all whats up? i just wanted to ask if anyone has this problem and hopefully knows a way around it. ive been tuning muscle cars in pro street and i have a cuda and a charger. when i upgrade the transmission to the best one i can only tune (1 2 3 final) 4th and 5th gear doesnt appear there on the list, in races the cars actually have 5 gears so i dont know why i cant tune those like any other cars. its really annoying so my max speed is less than 200mph, kinda sucks. please can someone try that out and let me know whats going on with that. thanks
