XBOX 360 Pro Street Pack?

Is there any way to get the new booster pack on xbox live? I haven't been able to find it at all, yet they are having a tournament with it.

I got the pack, but i can't find any of the cars anywhere, but the ai have them, where the deuce are they?

The pack is supposed to add only two cars to the car lot for purchase: the Seat Leon Cupra and the Plymouth Road Runner. The rest of the cars will be available for purchase through the store later.
