random bug steering / rear-view bug ?

hello everyone ,

am playing NFSPS on 8600 GT , Core2Duo 2.33 , 2 GB RAM ..the bug am having is quite random ..sometimes , the race starts with rear-camera view(like B is pressed all the time) and i cant switch to see the road infont of me . another bug is, the steering becomes delayed and slow and i cant control the car very well ? it happens randomly so i dont have a clue? only thing that worked is to regress to a previous savegame but then again after i exit pro street and enter again , the bug comes back ? can anyone tell me what the heck is happening?

btw , 1.1 patch installed and didnt solve it.

updated vista and drivers?

using xp sp2 actually and updated the driver as well. Could it be possible that am using xp?the game runs very well on xp though? didnt try it on vista tbh..
