Upgrade Stages...confused. -_-
I noticed that their are different stages of upgrades. One thing i noticed was that their really aren't many bodykits. I also noticed that all the ones i currently have (3 or 4) are all stage one. Are there higher stages? If so...how do you unlock them...i see people with crazy cars...i cant seem to achieve their level.

Assuming you mean Pro Street.
Body kits, wheels and the like are all only stage 1. Performance parts (engine, drivetrain, turbo, etc.) go up to four. Stages 1, 2 and 3 can be bought, stage 4 parts are won as showdown victory awards.
There aren't that many body kits "as is", but all can be sculpted a little bit to make them unique via the Autosculpt feature.
