On drag races I see the car next to me and the way it is modified, and I want it looking like they have it
this is what I mean:
the front of the car is lower than the back side, the tires are sticking out and are really fat
how do I get the cars looking like they do?

When you get enough performance upgrades the car "leans forward" automatically. The tire appearance can be changed via the body/wheel section and autosculpting.
