save game problems after transferring between computers

I have transferred my save game files from Documents\NFS ProStreet\ on one computer to the same directory on another computer, installed ProStreet and started ProStreet . . . Profile loads fine, all my cars are available, all my stats are available . . . but the career map progress has been wiped clean. What the heck is going on?

Hmm, could be a different game version? Have you updated to latest yet?

Both installs were/are version 1.1
I can provide my save files for anybody to test and diagnose the problem if needed.

OK. I tried reapplying the 1.1 Patch, Collectors Edition and both Booster Packs but still it doesn't show my career map and trys to get me to start the career map all over again. Any ideas? Anyone?

Try this sequence: Backup then delete the save files for ProStreet. Start a new alias + new career with the same name you used before. Do a save, then exit ProStreet, delete the savefiles you just created and then restore your old save files.
