Level 4 Parts

As the "unlockallthings" cheat does not work on the patched PS3 version please advise as to how one can get the level 4 parts. I have completed the game but have had no luck with the markers. I usually get a small amount of cash, free repair markers or level2 parts. Any help will be appreciated.
