Pre-Made Blueprints

Does anyone know if there is a way to change pre-made blueprints? Or if there's a mod? Because i'd REALLY want to upgrade them without changing the visual aspects, because i want a good looking car, but I don't have enough patience to go and put every deval on and fin tunr the autosculpt.
