Need Help with NFSC!!

I need help with Need for speed Carbon!!
In the career mode, it says i have unlocked the Tier 2 Turbo but when i go in the performance, it only says stock, street, and pro. But i dont see the Tier 2? Is it with certain cars or what?

it's with certain cars tier 2 is subclass of cars and on that subclass you have street package pro package and etc. packages you have to see which package have you unlocked.In tier 2 are the cars

Each tier of cars requires performance parts specifically meant for that Tier. Tier 1 performance parts can't be used on Tier 2 cars, etc.
