help with the trainer

Ok, I'm playing Carbon CE, and I want the bonus cars you can't unlock offline like the Corolla, the Chevelle, the Zonda, etc...I tried to use various trainers but they don't work (the +19 trainer crashes)! I think this is because the account i'm playing on (I play on the computer), is not an administrator one, just a regular user... I think its because of that, because my friend has an admin account and the exact same trainers work for him. Now I would appreciate your help with that. Give me a link to a trainer that works on normal acconts or something like that...
