Need help with savegame/trainer

I remember i downloaded savegame or trainer (can't remember) by CED somewhere from this forum. Now i can't find it. Wuth that tool i was abble to unlock all cars, all reward cars and ect. So if you know where i can find it, linky pls. Thx :wink:
