Customizing ( Carbon )

Hi guys , here's quick question for you. How can customize cars like Audi LeMans Quattro or BMW M3 ....etc ? what should I do for it ?

Turn it only when you want to buy a car or create a new car in My Cars garage.

No man , you probably didn't get what I was talking about. I have these cars unlocked, but they are like a bonus cars, so I can't customize them, but I wanna have them available in My Cars mode, so I can do with them what ever I want ! . Hope that was better explanation.

With that unlocker, you can buy & customize them in career & my cars, not in bonus cars.

Look my cars for example, I used that trainer:

try to search them in buy mode.

if you are talking about a console version, you are not able to customize them

isnt this the wrong section ? this is for real cars. if you are using PC you can use the unlocker like shu said to get them.

yes but with hex editing it is possible to get them in your garage. that is if you have it for PC

Alright guys, sorry about confusing you, and yes, I'm using PC, now I know that's a right program, but can't start it up. Here's what it says when i'm trying to open it :

C:\Downloads\nfsc_13_unlocker_gnagna2000\NFSCarbonUnlocker.exe

This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this program.

Anyone has this problem before ? please help me to solve it.

you will most likely have to change the compatibility mode to windows 2000 i believe.

I don't know guys , I tried every compatibility mode and the program still won't start up.

You need the .NET Framework. Get it from Microsoft Update.

Hi, I'm a noob, I've downloaded the NFS C Unlocker (for v1.3) v2 from here:

But I can't figure out how to use it. I get the 4 options in the main window, press F1 for help, it says something about pressing Alt+F1, Alt+F2, Alt+F3... but when I press those nothing happens.
I've my savegame on my documents directory.

What should I do, I want the GT3 RS, is it possible to use it under career mode?

Umm, you can't use it for career. It only works when you wanna customize the locked cars which are not available in the Car Lot, in My Cars and use it online. Some cars can't be performance tuned. So don't be shocked if that happens.

Ok, but how do I use the unlocker. Plz someone post instructions. Read my post above

It's pretty easy actually.

1.) Launch NFS Carbon
2.) Load your profile and it'll lead you to the main screen
3.) ALT + TAB back to desktop and open the Unlocker
4.) Click on any of the boxes
5.) ALT + TAB back to the game and leave the Unlocker running

That's about it.

Also I would like to know if with this unlocker is possible to have the Porsche 911 GT3 RS without going online?

I don't remember what caused the crash, but I do remember discovering it while doing an independent project of my own.

And yes. It unlocks ALL cars.

Errm, the instrutions clearly said that when you go to Career Mode, you're suppose to close the program, otherwise the game will crash. Did yours crash? Because mine did when I tried doing that.

I don't know what have I done wrong:

I defeated the guy who drives the DB9, now when I want to select that car under Career, the game crashes. Did I mess it by using the Unlocker.

Also could anyone post a dummy-guide how to unlock the GT3 step by step

you have to get reward cards in order to unlock the GT3
wait do u mean the BMW M3 GTR?
cuz if u do this is how u unlock it
1. raise the heat on ur car to level 5
2. cause $200,000 in cost to state in a single pursuit in career freeroam
3. unlock 33 cars (in career mode)
4. conquer all the tracks in career mode
