Need some help on NFSC(Xbox 360)

Ok, here are some problems and questions I got for NFSC.

Problems

1. Sometimes, when I start the game, it says to insert an Xbox 360 game disc, but the others work fine. What seems to be the problem.

Questions

1. How can I ram 100 Vehicles in a Single Pursuit, without getting busted? I always use the McClaren and the cops always bust me when I have to press back to get out of the cop Mosh Pit(cops piled around you).

2. What about the 50k fine? Do I have to keep on making the cops angry and keep on wondering if I got 5, 6, or 7 infractions and hopefully, get the max fine?
