How to get photos taken in Xbox 360 NFS Carbon?

I took several photo of my rides and it display that they were uploaded successfully to my account. I then went to NFS Carbon page on EA's site where it asked me to create an account (which I did), link it to my gamer tag (which I did) and I got confirmations emails and pop ups that everything is created and successfully linked. But when click on the photo mode (not your grannys photo album) at the bottom of the EA NFS carbon website, it keeps comming up with a pop up to link my gamer tag. I am even logged into the site as it shows in the upper right corner. EA support has given me no response in over a week so I though maybe someone here had a similar experience. Is the EA site just a POS or is there something else I need to do
