well is there a way to do it in the hex editor?(fix the chcksum) cuz if you could do it it would be simple to add the bonus cars to the career shop.maybe someone else knows how to do it.
Any ideas who?

This will work pretty much work for any bonus car in the game, as long as you've unlocked it ingame (or use the trainer).

It works for:
10 = Challenge Series Cars
Change it to 11

20 = Bonus Cars (unlockable??) and Traffic Cars
Change it to 21

For example, the Lamborghini LP640:
C642ADD6 B367DBE4 20000200 FFFF0000
Change to
C642ADD6 B367DBE4 21000200 FFFF0000

And the Lambo will now appear in the carshop (if you've unlocked it ingame).
Also you don't have to change the code back, it's still a 'Bonus Car' (20) and it's in the carshop (01), because we added the hex vallues together.

I recommend using it on the following cars only:

I found a tool for loading another profiles without having those CD-key issues.

Well to add cars to the shop is what this thread is about and it can be done (see my first post), but to add cars to the career garage you can't because of the check sum and i don't think check sum can be fixed with a tool like hex editing.

just as info "42" is pinkslip modus,so you can get like 9 instace of 6 cars if you use this for one or two cars or more....

hey there, i've tried the method you guys described to add other cars to the shop, but i was thinking, that since you can only do that when the game is running, needing to edit the memory and other things, that it's quite complicated. Isn't there any way to do to Carbon an tool like Shopspezial, that would just add every playable car permanently in the career shop for an reasonable price?

No Cars Were Removed

100% Game Completion
100% Career Completion
100% Challenge Series Completion

More then half of the cars you don't need the trainer to buy or view them in Car Lot.

?? you can use them when you have unlocked them, or use a unlock trainer. Haven't you read the thread before making a statement!

use 02 for careerer car and you can get maximal 6 cars into your garage. Then game tells you "NO SAPCE Sell first then Buy"

if you use 42 you can go to maximal 10 cars. 42 = pinkslip = you won that car, orginaly made to win the 4 boss cars of Carbon. But well you can do any car to 42 to get a bit more space.

42 is a own function

Replace 02 with 42. you can do this with four more cars to total to 10 now, because they are Boss Slots for the game. Right.

Hmm, weird, I used Tsearch, putted Audi Leman's Quatro to me Car lot and showed up as Darius's ride (just as I wanted), but when I bought it and drove it, it turned back to original Audi Leman's Quatro.

Suggestions, anyone?

The first one is the silver Audi when encountered on the #1 and exchanged 20 to 21. When encountered to second one, that is Darius's ride. But when I exchange it to from 20 to 21, it goes to Car lot and shows up as it should BUT when I buy it and drive it on the Free roam, it goes back to normal Audi. Man, this is complicated.

I didn't see any difference to the lower code though, it just gave me regular Audi. Weird. Should I pm to you/post my savegame here?

And yes, I'm talking about getting this one to my Car lot and driving it on Career looking as the same.

The Codes are different the second set is different! check them again, when you do a search remember u might have to look for the 21, but if you didn't change it it will be 20 again. Don't quote me but the gray one both sets of numbers are same. the other is the car you want! it makes sense to me, that this one 2C327487 CB5A6245 is gray, red and black one.

The same thing happend in Most Wanted, if you put a Blacklist car in the carshop and bought it, it returned to stock in your garage. That's because the game creates a new slot for your car when you buy it, and doesn't take over all the modded and tuned parts.

The difference in those 2 sets of hexcode is probably some difference in performce, but I haven't checked that yet. (Like the M3 GTR in MW, it had 2 different sets of hexcodes, one was a faster version then the other)
