is that 765F belonged to Cross' normal Z06? or it's a real vinyl on a cop's interceptor? i drove that Cross Interceptor before, and it handles like undercover cop's car... and i hated it...

as far as i can tell, the hex for the CTS is not the same from MW to Carbon. i may try some of the others but if the CTS code wasnt the same, what are the odds for the rest? is there any way to extract the hex for these from a game file? or is it futile?

I have also search for this. have not found anything yet. might not be in game.
I would have thought this could be one of EA's down the road add in cars.
I would have thought if it was in game someone would have found it, when STAT-X posted the cars. Maybe possible it's not in the save file but hard coded in game. but most likely not.
Lets keep it possible it's still in game
I would really like to see EA have add in cars so we can learn how to model cars into game. like the older versions of the nfs titles

I don't think those 'unfinished' cars have an active carcode, since all other cars from MW still use the same carcode and these don't work. But who knows ... still worth the shot of trying some MW carcodes that aren't used in carbon. Who'll know what you'll find, remember that metal ball used the Porsche Turbo carcode from MW. Try these:

Now notice the bold blue code, change this from 00 to 01, so the carcode should look like this:

Now, the Camaro should be available in the Mazda Dealership !!!!!!!
Yeah, I know you all really wanted this, allthough you can't really do anything with it there, but it looks nice in there
Oh yeah, it just has this little side effect ... now if you want to buy the Camaro in the regular carshop, you get it for free.

I've just Had a look in the Carbon Cars folder and found alot more cars than are in the game which i've listed below:
997S = Porsche 997 911 Carrera S (Possible carried from MW)
997TT = Porsche 997 911 Twin Turbo (Don't know where this came from)
A4 = Audie A4 (Possibly carried from MW)
CTS = Caddilac CTS (Possible from MW)
GTI = Volkswagen Golf GTi (From MW?)
MAZDA3SPORT = Mazda 3 SP23? (Another Out-of-nowhere car)
That's what i've found and apparently all these cars have fully sized Geometry, Vinyls and Texurs .bin's inside, so you guys might wanna have a look at that. (these cars have the bonus car sized geometry.bin, only 2--4mb

Actually, I'm pretty sure the 911s in MW were 996 models. I'm pretty sure they wanted a 997 Carrera S and 997 Turbo (why not, MW had a 996 Carrera S and 996 Turbo), but only got the go ahead for the 997 Turbo.

The 996's in MW were the Turbo S and GT2, there was a 997 Carrera S in MW. But it's just weird how they all have the nesecary files and file sizes to be ready for ingame, unlike the 350Z folder in MW that only had textures and previnyls .bin's

maybe its EA's idea of downloadable cars off the internet that arent in the game. it sounds like almost everything is there but it is missing one piece and that piece is what you pay for and download. just speculating

I can explain some of the cars you are mentionning:
997TT= this is the 911 turbo you can drive in carbon (its locked...) it has 2 turbos, compared to the 996 model that had only one
Mazda3sport= the normal mazda 3 (not the Mazdaspeed) 5-door

the TT sounds right (i think), but the Mazda3Sport, unl;ress there gunna make us D/L them, whats the point of having it there unless it's a car to hex in for ourselves?

The 997TT is actually the new 911 Turbo, like others said. It also has bigger files then the other folders you named. It's about 20mb.
But, there is another folder named 911Turbo or something like that which is now used for that metal ball thing.
To bad we can't extract the 3d meshes from those files yet to see if we can actually use those cars.

I think, that those cars, what came out of nowhere, are for NFS 11. MW also had C's cars. So why wouldn't this one have 11's cars?

XtcRacer from nfsplanet is making a Standalone car pack importing cars to Carbon as he says either cars will be single or one large car pack not sure.
He says if he gets the map and or file for drag racing he would import that also. so if anyone knows where these files are I would really like to see someone port it to carbon.
Drag Racing in carbon possible, that would be nice huh.
Or if someone could tell me I have MW. I just never really played it much. Any help would be great with this.
Not sure if any of this is true yet, but I think anything is possible.

You can only drive those cars which you can unlock normally in NFSC, like Police Corvette Z06 is drivable. I can't remember is Semi Truck this time unlockable or drivable. Look from the Reward cards, if Semi Truck is there, then you can drive it without game crashing.

The metal ball isn't car that can be unlocked normally, but you can still use it.

i try a few trucks, the game don't crash.
some of them have no sound
if you hit another car or police you can move them very easy
if you hit something on the side of the road, you stop like when you hit a wall
the worst thing is that you cannot reset you car
if you drive the truck with a trailer and cars, you can lose the cars or the trailer

How do i hex edit the reward cards of the NFS carbon savegames i have unlocked a reward card but i want to lock the card again.

First off, trying to make you post stand out by increasing the fontsize will only make people ignore it more ... just don't do it.
To awnser your question, we can't edit the reward cards yet, we can only unlock all of them. This is because the reward cards are saved in a compressed part of the savegame, but since a few days we are able to extract it. So at the moment we can't lock or unlock a single card, but we are looking in to it.
