Unlocking every 'special' car as a user-editable car (MW)

Is it possible to hack NFSMW so that all the 'special' cars (like the Porsche Turbo 2, Camaro SS, etc) appear as buying at a car dealer as well as selectable in the user cars screen? I'd love more than anything to be able to play through the whole game with the Camaro, and it seems like all the cars in MW have all the neccesary things set for them.

(if you play the black edition challenge in MW, the Camaro you drive is both a little more modded than the 'blue' Camaro you get in Multiplayer, it's painted flat orange, and it has a black type 1 stripe vinyl on it)

So is this possible or feasible? And if it isn't, could someone create a hack which would allow me to replace my car with any other car? (So I could simply buy a Punto and swap it for a Camaro SS or Corvette C6Z, etc.)

Unfortunately, there isn't. Well not yet, at least. You never know.. I'm hoping someone is working on this.

Aight. I noticed that the NFSU2 ultimate trainer had a sorta option like the one I described above and was wondering if it was able to be ported or not? Maybe that'd be a good temporary workaround.

Maybe it's a forum bug! Maybe it should say "Stock" but it says "Banned"... Wait until you get 5 or more posts and you'll see. I also saw a "Banned" user here that can post!
