How do i create custom colors??

For some reason I have this infatuation with yellow sprots cars...

But i dont like any of the yellows that came with the game? Is there anyway to make my own paint colors? How about the color change paints?

Is there any chance somebody could make a mod that allows you to change RGB channels on the paint select screen?

Maybe you had the Visual Treatment option on. Try swtiching it off, maybe the yellow will be more detailed.
