i tried the helicopter thing with the little program you are supposed to use when flying it and it doesn't work at all

well, the text file kindof explains it...

1) Start the Copter Mover Tool.
2) Select the Version you are using (v1.2 or v1.3 are supported).
3) Enable the Tool by pressing the PowerON Button or the HOME-Key while ingame.
4) Use the Numpad-Key 2,4,6,8 to move the Helicopter, and use Numpad-Plus/Minus
to pitch up and down.

just make sure to select the right version of the game. right clicking on the slider between the version numbers moves it. as far as i know, the copter only moves in quickrace mode.

no, you need the chopper savegame with the chopper as a "drivable" vehicle.
