Cant Get Shop Specialz 1.0 to install

whenever i try to install it, while installing theres like a german phrase and then the action got rolled bak and nothing get installed....

can someone post a installed folder in rar? appreciated

you need to extract a file or folder named shopspezial

and click a car icon named shop spezial
