NFS:MW License Plate Texture

does anyone know where the license plate texture for the cars reside? from the looks of the plate, it seems to be a texture, but it's possible that it's part of the car's 3d model. can anyone confirm or disprove that?

GLOBALB.BUN
Inside there is a bunch of .bin files, but only 3 .tpk files, those contains the textures, one of those contains the license plate texture.
I manage to edit the license plate dds, but I cant re-pack all those .bin files to a new working .BUN file, if you know how to make it let me know.
