HELP...how to make a mask for a vinyl ???

please help ..... i have made a vinyl and now i have to make the mask and i dont know how to doo that ...... what i know is that the mask must be in black and white colours .... if there is and option in PHOTOSHOP ...... or a site ....SOMEPTING..
