Police lights, working?

Hello,

can someone, hex edit the police lights to a key.
so that you can turn the police sirene and lights on?

Yes, you can hex edit the police lights (I do NOT know code to them) and no, you can NOT turn them on.

I just said, no, you can NOT turn them on. Same goes to hex edit, not even through it.

You can hex-edit coplights on any of the cars, but they will not work.
However, its possible to turn them on if the car is meant to have coplights, although not with hex-editing. You will need the help of some kind of a trainer.
