Editing the order of Pink Slips using HEX Editor?

Hello everyone. Im quite new to hex editing so im gonna ask directly - Is it possible somewhere in the hex code of the game to be located the order of the PinkSlips of the 14 people we beat in the Blacklist?
And if there is anyway i can know for example the order please share it.
