paints problem

I noticed that the metallic and the gloss paints are exactly the same. Plus I cant paint my car with a decent red. The only thing a vailable is a kind of pink...

do u turn on the shadow details? cuz if u didnt, then all the color will see a little weird....(unless u turn OFF treatment details)

i've tried to set shadows to max but it's no differens. the only thing that helps is turning
visual treatment of

The gloss and metallic colors look quite the same to mee to, the metallic ones are just a bit shinier. What gfx do you have? Maybe it isn't showing some effect?

To get the real looking metallic and chrome you need to have a graphic card that can handle such graphic, i have a GeForce 7800 GTX 256Mb PCI-Express and all colors and other graphics look just like it should.

Also the monitor have a part in how your games look, i did just bought a new ViewSonic "19 TFT monitor with 2 milliseconds resp and it improved a lot from my old Samsung "17 CTR monitor.
