HELP WITH BINTEX!!!!

Hi, im new to this thing and i have a problem.............


Ok ive downloaded BinTex but its not LETTING ME USE IT!!! :evil:

Every time i try to open vynils.bin or textures.bin it comes up


"Run-time error '9'
Subscript out of range"


Can anyone plz help me with this problem :?:


I need it bad :!:
