NFSU2 wont install- vinyls.bin error

everytime i tried to install the nfsu2 demo i got this erorr "A problem occurred when trying to transfer the file 'CARS/Celica/VINYLS.BIN".

its isnt always the vinyl for celica, or even vinyls, it justs does it all the time, so i got the full game, still does it, anyone got a fix?
