If I were you, I'd just search for every single Performance Shop that's available in Beacon Hill. It's a food thing that the game already gave a hint about the location and the type of shop (Performance Shop) in which you can find the "megalow" parts.

its just another shop but it has all megalow parts

its the only one that has them

It's JEX420's map, I'll take it off if you want.

Do you guys see in the center (YESH CENTER), a purple circle with a hole in it? Now, a little to the southwest, you see a darkblue full circle. That's Megalow. The performance parts are cheaper there.

IMO, I think the megalow parts has got something to do with suspension.
