NFSU2 - Can't play Online

When i try to connect its say "Can't download EA online terms & conditions". NFSU worked ok. My another games work OK online but NFSU2 doesn't want to work.

You'll have to download the lastest patch for NFSU2 in order to play online... ;)

I have patch 1.1. I couln'd play nfsu2 demo online too beacouse the same problem :?
