stuck after stage 2

hey guyz, i need help

i finished all the races at stage 2 drift/street-x/circuit....................

now my world map only showz my shops, how do i go to stage 3 races

HELP ME PLZZZZZZZZZZZZ

well theres "hidden" races.. ones taht dont appear on map, but if you look around u can find them. plus you get calls from people telling you that theres is races in somewhere, and he hasent been able to pinpoint the exact location, but he tells you the name of the part ofthe city its in.

You can look if you have achived your goals by pressing T (or any other button which is configured to show your Career stats). When you've completed all parts you should get the next level
