Do you have Windows XP with SP2? Then the problem could be your firewall setting, I had that too with SP2, windows was crying that some program was making contact with the outside...

Yo Obad, try this thing since it seems to work for me.
I got the same problem when i try to create, but manage to solve it by this way : in your Tcp/Ip Properties, below the Subnet Mask line, put the same ip that u have. For example :

Ip address : 192.168.0.1
Subnet Mask : 255.255.255.0
Default Bridge (dont know if it is the word in english since im french)
: nothing.nothing.nothing.nothing

becomes

Ip address : 192.168.0.1
Subnet Mask : 255.255.255.0
Default Bridge: 192.168.0.1

It would be cool that u try this solution, since it seems to work for me, but i have no other pc to test the connection. But the server manage to connect to the lobby, and pass the "Connecting to Lobby" message.

Hope this will work for ur LAN, cause this week end, i make one with my friends. And we MUST have this game work in LAN !!!

Nicos, NFSU2 Full Power !
