I don't know how to add vinyls, i tried to use the BinTex, imported the vinyl, but nothing happens...

Can´t add Vinyls
Hi guys im from Australia, i downloaded that Bin.text file from the net and all 5 custom vinyls but i have no idea how to import or export that vinyl onto my car, i dont understand the read me files at all, what i did i put that Autozone vinyl on my skyline then i clicked "replace" whats the next step, what do i do ?please help, thanx guys, even them nw rims and spoilers some of yous designed , i have no idea how to use them on my cars, thank you so much for ur help
