The music importer said I had to install NFSU properly. So I inserted the disk and on disk 2, the SNDSTREAM folder freezes and then it shows me an error that it can't be copyed. So I just reset my computer and all the NFSU files are gone... WTF is up with this? I bought the game. Its fully legit. Last time I installed it worked fine.

(It wasnt properly installed because I reinstalled Windows and the games were still on a non-windows partition. -NTFS but never gets formatted- )

Pls help because I want to play NFSU... And yes I need to have my own songs, some of the EA songs annoy me to hell...

Woah... seems like some drops dried on it. Drops of... I dont know. :P
It seems like its got a lil scratches here and there, but that shouldnt be a problem since my friends CDs are scratched like hell and still work...

EDIT: Yesss! It worked! (/me feels stupid...)

Yeah, droplets can be tricky since they tend to bend light a bit (which naturally causes problems with the drive optics). Luckily they are usually relatively easy to clean away.

I've had similar smudges once or twice.
