Can't get custom vinyls to work

Hi I've tried everything to get custom vinyls to work and i can't for the life of me get it to work. I downloaded the bintex program and have followed all the instructions to get it work but when i go into the game and put on the corresponding vinyl its the normal one. Is there some catch or something that i'm missing anybody PLZ HELP maybe somebody could post the VINYLS.bin files with all the 2 fast 2 furious and fast and the furious vinyls in them for me, any help appreciated, thanks!

did you SAVE after you've imported the vinyls? I am sure you missed something. Think the whole process through, than follow it through.

YEP maybe try all the vinls in the game like you have to recplace stripe8 and the mask so look in all the stripe vinls it's happend to me to
