Hey every1 im new to the site good at nfsu i think but ne way im a young guy not real familiar bout how to do some of these patches and i was wondering if some1 would be kind enuff to help thanks

Download the patch off ea's website and run it. Heh, took EA 3 patches to make a working patcher...
