I'm sure this question has been asked many times before, but anyhow...

I've been an avid NFSU fan for years and up until just yesterday, I'd only ever played it on the Xbox. I installed it excitedly onto my computer and went straight to the Play Online button only to find that it didn't work. After searching the internet, I was dismayed to find out that EA have shut down their NFSU server. However, it seems that people are still playing the game online, supposedly on their own servers. Is there some way that I can do this, or are these servers private or something?

You can do that? Maybe you got mistaken by LAN gaming, maybe? I'm not sure if NFSU even supports LAN, but I never knew you could play 'through their own servers'.

I'm not sure, unless you can join a LAN game from another country. On that topic, how do you play LAN games?

Alright, I've got that setup. It's all good. Now, where can I find some servers to NFSU 1 on? I've Googled and it seems that no one's advertising their servers.
