Cant install nfsu because this file is not transferring.

I cant istall the game and i just bought the game but i dont' want to take it back what do i do

I think the only thing you can do is exchange the game for another copy

uhmmm .. have you tryed different size options? You can always install a game with Full Installation and with minimum installation ... some games with a medium installation. If one of the smaller installations doesn't need that file ... you're up and running

Try it on another computer, maybe it's just your CD-ROM. Maybe you could send it to EA for a replacement. You could also try making a copy of the game if you have a CD burner, and then installing from that copy. That worked for me once.
